Since their last PS4 1.76 UI Mod update and following the 4.05 PS4 Kernel Exploit release, today the PlayStation 4 developers at e✘treme-Modding.de unveiled a PS4 4.05 UI Mod Alpha 0.13 Custom Home Menu with some fresh screenshots and details below.

Visual PS4 UI Mod for 4.05 (English/French)

1. Install Firmware 4.05 (initializing)
2. Enable FTP Server and copy the content of the Mod_UK/Mod_FR folder to the root of the PS4 HDD
3. Restart the PS4

Info: The Games folder in the Home Menu appear if you have installed CUSA00851 and the app.db work only if your System Language is English (United Kingdom) or French.

Trophy Edit will not work if you have earned Trophies already. GAME Launcher and APP_Home(data) appear if you have installed GTA V Disc (CUSA00411) and OMSK (NPXS29005). PSN User Avatar is only for a PS4 with PSN User.

Note: This Mod is not 100% complete on 4.05 yet, TV & Video icon and Internet-Browser icon is not changed. Thanks to Simple Person and valentinbreiz for dumping app.db (more details HERE and HERE) and testing.

Awhile back we reported on a PS4 PKG Finder available at OrbisModding.com, and today Octolus announced he started a new PS4 Package (PKG) Searchable Database with an API located at PS4.Octolus.net (aka PS4Database.io, currently located at OrbisPatches.com followed by PKGDB.io) with automated patch updates via PS4Patches alongside a similar PKG database archive dubbed PSXPatches.com via Jeroendev aka nomadic_20 on X.

As the PS4 Exploited 4.05 scene awaits upcoming details from Flat_z on Running Custom PKG Games which was recently unveiled in his interview and demo, it would be handy to stockpile PS4 PKG Files including those HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE from PSNStuffX compiling them into a one-stop-shop scene database.

Yesterday the PlayStation 4 v4.05 scene saw a windfall of PS4 FTP 4.05 Payloads for use with the recent Kernel Exploit 4.05, and with help from @DarkElementPL and @raedoob alongside @Al Azif's Easy PS4 Exploit Hosting Tool it didn't take long for even @Fimo to obtain PS4 4.05 Full FTP Access.

Today @Spoofayy, who can also be found on Twitter, added a video tutorial to his YouTube Channel detailing the process to get PS4 4.05 Full Root FTP access for those on exploited PlayStation 4 Firmware 4.05.. check it out below!

We've seen both a PS4 1.76 Permanent Internet Browser and a Guide to Enabling PS4 1.76 Internet Browser Without Signing Into PSN in the past, and on this cold winter day PlayStation 4 developer @2much4u heats things up by releasing a PS4 4.05 Permanent Internet Web Browser Payload to (you guessed it) permanently enable the Web browser on 4.05 OFW Exploited PS4 consoles.

Following the PS4 1.76 FTP Server, @xerpi's FTPS4, the PS4 1.76 Fixed FTP Payload, the v1.76 libftps4.bin and his recent work PlayStation 4 developer IDC updated his LibFTPS4 and PS4 Payload *** Github forks while discovering some interesting PS4 FF7 port images (see below) which may indicate (now confirmed) they're emulating or running patched .exe code on PS4 directly!

On the topic of PS4 FTP clients, several other PS4 developers have been working on payloads with support for the recent PS4 Kernel Exploit 4.05 added including @MrNiato who shared his today on Twitter.
