The Last of Us Part II Model Editor - v1.02 By Speclizer
1. characters.bin needs to be in the same folder as the tool. So extract characters.bin from bin.psarc under bin\dc1\look2\ and place it in the same folder as the tool.
2. Rename characters.bin to characters_clean.bin. This makes it so a fresh unmodded copy is automatically loaded into the tool on boot.
3. Search for an actor you want to replace. This will add the model to the drop down menus. An example of an actor is "ellie-santabarbara" or "joel-t1-hospital".
4. Press "Write Data" when you have selected your model to replace and when you're done, build the file.
5. Rename the created file to "characters.bin".
6. Create a patch4.psarc archive with the path: \build\ps4\main\bin\dc1\look2\characters.bin and place patch4.psarc in your root game folder.
7. Add the model assets to pak68.txt
