Following the 7.50 PS4 Kernel Exploit (KEX) that was confirmed working with 7.51 and 7.55 OFW alongside updates to both AutoBackPort v1.11 and PlayStation 4 Tool Box v2.1.7.30, today @sleirsgoevy (Twitter) implemented @Al Azif's (Twitter) dynlib_dlsym patch earlier noting it does not seem to fix payloads while recommending scene devs remove line 525 in jb.c (included in the Depreciated .zip below) and recompile to fix the crash when forking webkit. :geek:

As always don't update your PlayStation 4 Firmware until PS4 Scene developers have time to sort everything out, additional details can be found HERE for those interested and we'll update this article as progress is made. 🔥
To those having issues self hosting add ./ to the JS links at the bottom of the exploit html so like this:
Code:
<script src="./webkit-7.50/external/utils.js">
PS4 Jailbreak (PS4JB) 7.50 7.51 7.55 Work In Progress, Don't Update!.jpg

Comments

@mmxlv This actually just corrupted my system. I keep getting a message saying "Cannot start PS4".

Conneced my controller and says to reinstall the firmware 7.50 or later, i'm trying but keeps saying "The update file cannot be used". I'm using the 7.50 file and it won't work.

Its simple really. The PS4 is virtually a dead product now, and the last batch of the really BIG GAMES all came out for OFW7.55. Moving forward into OFW8.xx, and beyond promises little more than the EOL versions of EA Sports Titles. For the chances of GTA 6, or another Cyberpunk 2077 ever landing on the PS4, are probably less likely to happen as to get this hack to work six times in a row.

But, take heart, should a jailbreak for v8+ ever land, it will probably be a million times better than whats going on now. But, honesty you have to be hard up to use this hack. Out of something like 20 KPs, I only ever got it to work just the one time. Without having to manually hit the Power Button, and insert a USB into my Controller.

PS4 Pro 7.55, running a cached web version with auto firmware detect, no Kernel panics or shutdowns, less than 10 "not enough free system memory" Nice...

Hi guys ! Can I update to 7.55 and run the hen from it or not ? Because I am confused. At one side you say the exploit works on 7.55 without hen and in the other you say fpkg games are working ???

Can anyone help me? I have PS4 Pro with 7.55 OFW. When i done after changing port from 9020 to 9021 and press connect my PS4 shuts down.

Then i must press on button on ps4 twice that goes on. After that goes to error checking and normally work open screen but without debug mode, like i nothing did. Any advice will be helpful to me. Thanks

@MAHDIPS4 First exploit on 7.55 and then you launch Payloads: Send Mira loader first to port 9020 then payload to 9021 via PlayStation 4 Tool Box v2 or PS4 ELF / Payload Injector
Send:
1. MiraLoader_Orbis_MIRA_PLATFORM_ORBIS_BSD_755.bin - port 9020
2. Mira_Orbis_MIRA_PLATFORM_ORBIS_BSD_755.elf - port 9021
