PKGDecrypt by St4rk Arrives, Decrypts PS Vita Package (PKG) Files

Just recently we saw support for kernel dumping added to VitaDump, and today PlayStation Vita developer St4rk released PKGDecrypt which decrypts and extracts PS Vita Package (PKG) files!
