Load HEN & Debug Settings Payload Using 4.55 Kernel Exploit without having to send payloads using NETCAT.

Summary

In this project you will find a full implementation of the "bpf" kernel exploit for the PlayStation 4 on 4.55. It will allow you to run arbitrary code as kernel, to allow jailbreaking and kernel-level modifications to the system. This release however, does not contain any code related to defeating anti-backups mechanisms or running homebrew. This exploit does include a loader that listens for payloads on port 9020 and will execute them upon receival.

This bug was discovered by qwertyoruiopz, and can be found hosted on his website here.

• Edit Payload With [PLAIN]HXD[/PLAIN]
• Find & Change IP Address from 192.168.88.87 to Your PS4 IP 192.168.xxx.xxx
• Save Payload
• Send Payload Using Netcat

nc.exe -w 3 `PS4IP` 9020 < PS4FTP.bin

• Open Filezilla & Connect to PS4
• Profit $$

Since it's your first dump the only thing that can help you is reading this thread .... you have to read everything from the post to the last commonets ...it might take a while but it will give all the mistakes and you learn to be a better dumper

And the dumping is working fine i just dumped HZD and now im dumping another game
and yes it takes me tries to run the dump payload with ps4-exploit-host 0.4.1v

@barelynotlegal if you are on 4.05 stay on it for more two days maximum and then recheck the progress

@ils use al-azif latest exploit host on win for me it works from to hits 3 maximum but it's not like better than 4.05 but it's much much better than Yesterday 4.55 it's more stable

the 4.55 exploit moved so fast not like 4.05 and the 4.55 still a 3days exploit so just give it time and it will be much much better than 4.05

it'll only delay a payload for external hdd support.
i hope someone is working on it, its not like i'm determined to play tekken 7 on my ps4, rather than using external hdd.
i'm not that much motivated to run linux or play soliter on it as well...

The hack causes my PS4 Pro to crash right after "You're all set" quite often. Today it's done it 3 times in a row. I am still trying to get it to work. Didn't use to happen that often in the last few days. Maybe this is new. It also seems to take a lot more attempts to get the "You're all set" than before, but that might also be bad luck.

Fourth time's the charm - it worked. I do worry a little, because after every crash the PS needs about a minute before it can boot again and then has to run diagnostics first.

My fear is that it might cause some kind of damage and then I won't get it repaired anymore and will have to get a new one, which will come with a high firmware. So if anyone here understands more about these things, I'd appreciate a "don't worry, there is no way this can break your PS4".

Well, at least there is rest mode on the PS4 so I will not have to apply the hack so often. That's the only good option until we have actual CFW, which I am looking forward to!
