PS4 Debug Settings in v1.01 & Toggle_QA.PKG, PS4 QA Flag Enabler Payload (WIP)
Following their PS4 NMount Payload and his help in both the CE-32875-5_Fix.bin and EapDev, PlayStation 4 developer VVildCard777 via zecoxao shared a video on Jose Coixao's YouTube Channel spotlighting Wildcard's Debug Settings in PS4 1.01 OFW. :D

As noted in the YouTube video's comments by @DarkElementPL, at 1:35 a Toggle_QA.PKG MEME makes a quick appearance before jumping to the Add Content Manager's Entitlement Control screen, to which @GrimDoe replies "~PS3~" as fast as it disappears. :ninja:

From the video's caption, to quote: wildcard debugsettings 101

Debug settings from my friend wildcard in console with 1.01 version. Since 1.01 does not have store mode in it, he cannot patch it so he uses the combo from the wiki instead (that IDC has mentioned on Twitter)

PS4 flag enabler. should in theory enable all qa and utoken flags. for some reason it doesn't work with 9.00, but it likely works on older firmwares. i already sent the source to AlAzif so she can check it for mistakes

PlayStation Vita Firmware 3.67 Update Live, PS Vita Changes
It appears Sony is on a role lately, first releasing PS3 OFW 4.82 after quite some time and now they've pushed a PlayStation Vita Firmware 3.67 update live with the changelog incoming but expected to reflect their previous 3.65 revision by improving System Software stability once again. :cautiousxf2:

Download: PS Vita Firmware 3.67 Update (US) / PS Vita Firmware 3.67 Update (EU) / PS Vita Firmware 3.67 Update (JP)

While Sony's official site isn't updated just yet, as soon as we hear from PlayStation Vita scene developers we'll update this article with what's changed or patched in the PS Vita System Software 3.67 update.

Main features in system software update version 3.67
  • This system software update improves the quality of the system performance.
Today's Vita update brings you changes to the Calendar icon, updated Twitter dialog, and new Wifi chip firmware and nothing else.
No DMA in the Wifi chip, so any exploit there would be useless anyways.
Yay, my browser stuff still working, neat :D
So yea, probably an useless update, Someone was bored at Sony
Crap, forgot to check _everything_ I suspect there is something else... don't update if you're on 3.65.
Account switching still works on 3.67 lol
So it seems some stuff releated to CMA was changed in 3.67 since now it checks the license file for content being copied to the vita from CMA (which...
PS4 GameDump Title Editor for PlayStation 4 Game Dumps by Ginsor
Following his previous work, PlayStation 4 developer @Ginsor has made available a PS4 GameDump Title Editor for those sharing their PS4 1.76 Backup Games, Methods and Test Results with the scene. :-D

Download: PS4 GameDump Title Editor / PS4_GameDump_TitleEditor.rar (95.52 KB - Mirror)

To quote from e✘treme-Modding.de, roughly translated: PS4 GameDump Title Editor by Ginsor

Today Ginsor has released a new Editor for the GameDump Payload to change the Title Id. This might be very interesting for those, who can't compile their own payloads, as you can use that tool to adjust.

He made this handy Tool exclusive for PS4 eXtreme Modding (-8 Note that the payload itself is still the one of CTurt and all credits for that go to him!

Short Instruction of the Editor:

1. Select the GameDump Payload.
2. Let the tool find the current Title ID, which is set in the Payload.
3. Type in the new Title ID and apply it to the payload.

Tutorial of how to dump a Game:
  • Change the payload according to the Game/App you want to backup (e.g. NPXS29005 for OMSK)
  • Make sure you have the Game/App already installed and playable on your PS4
  • Open the PS4 WebKit and run the code execution until it says "waiting for payload" (! do not send the payload yet !)
  • Press the PS button and launch the Game/App and wait until all loading screens are finished
  • Make sure you have a usb flash plugged in at usb0 (the one closer to the disc drive) and it is formated in either FAT32 or exFAT
  • Send the payload to your PS4 while the Game/App is running (e.g. with Game Dumper 007 of OhcHit)
  • After a few minutes you should have the dumped and decrypted files on your USB flash drive.
  • Once this is done, restart your PS4 and grab all files from the sandbox via FTP.
  • Now you can launch...
Play Manager v1.11 PS3 Backup Game Manager 4.82 Update by _Slash_
We've seen PS3 homebrew applications including IrisMAN and WebMAN Mod updated to support PS3 OFW 4.82, and now following his previous revision PlayStation 3 developer _Slash_ has updated the PS3 Backup Game Manager to Play Manager v1.11 with the changes detailed below.

Download: Play Manager v1.11.pkg (2.71 MB) / sm_default_aggressive_src.7z (119 KB) / 4.82 SPRX's for Iris Forks

According to @PLAYER 1 who passed along the news it also includes an updated core SM (System Manager) supporting 4.82 CFW CEX to show temperature notifications in the PS3 XMB.

To quote from _Slash_ via ElOtroLado, roughly translated: After a long time of inactivity in the scene, I leave you the new version of the Play Manager.

Play Manager v1.11
  • Added support for the CFW 4.82 CEX
  • Added the option of temperature notifications
  • Several minor corrections
To show the temperature notification only once, simply press the button combination on the SELECT + L2 on the XMB, if you want the notifications to stop showing, simply press and hold the SELECT + L2 buttons until you hear a beep on the button. the console (this means that they have been activated permanently), to deactivate them, simply press SELECT + L2 again and you will hear two beeps in the console indicating that permanent notifications have been deactivated (this way of activating / deactivating notifications in a permanent, take it as an idea of the Irisman code in case someone becomes familiar).
