For those interested, @DeathRGH also shared a Ghosts 1.00 PS4 Mod Tool Showcase today alongside announcing that he's working on a new toolbox. :thumbsupxf2:

To quote from Matrix on the release: Hello, Today I released by SPRX menu for PS4 Ghosts on 1.00.

Of course, this isn't really huge news because it is just a port from old gen consoles, but it does give room to show where prx modding will be able to take us on PS4 for CoD or any other game. None of this would be possible without Swaqq and Sabotage and the work they put in to get the injector working.

If you are looking to make your own menu or want more info on how this works you can visit Swaqq's post.

Anyways on to the mods, I have added the needed addresses to Swaqq's tool for injecting on Ghosts 1.00. Here is a download for the SPRX as well as the injector and the NetCat GUI tool for sending payloads to your console.

Happy Modding,
Matrix

Load Grand Theft Auto V 4.55 Mod Menus Through PS4 Browser
Hello guys, I've made a website where you are able to quickly load a mod menu for Grand Theft Auto V directly through the browser of your PS4 (no need for a PC to inject the payloads) for now this only works on Firmware 4.55 as I'm not able to test it on 4.05.

Simply enter the following URL in the address bar of your PS4: GTA5.ModMenu.ga (might as well add it to your bookmarks)

Screenshot

Now you can choose a preferred menu (use the d-pad to navigate through the list) and launch the game.

Included Menus:
If you want to switch from one menu to another make sure to delete and clear all your browsing history first to prevent any memory storage issues. Give it a couple tries though (userland.js is updated)

I've tested this on the actual disk of the game not sure how it would perform on a PKG file. I've also set the system language of my PS4 to "English (United Kingdom)" otherwise you may face some issues.

Please let me know if there are any problems or something I left out. I'm open for any kind of feedback.

I hope this makes it a little bit easier for you guys. Thanks to everyone who made all this possible!

As we all know by now there have been a lot of great progress within the PS4 community thanks to the kernel exploits and F-PKG's and so on.... bring on the PS4 4.05 & 4.55 Fake PKG modding!

Now it's Mortal Kombat XL time to shine on the PS4 :)

Following my MKXL Player Switch Intros (PoC) here are 2 more videos. The 1st one was just a (POC) video to show that it is possible to mod or modify the files within the PKG and rebuild it.

And the 2nd Video was a continuing of further work and possibilities.

Finally, from zecoxao comes a brief guide on How to Validate Your ELFs Decrypted Using MMAP Trick

To quote: Special Thanks to Anonymous for helping me with this, and to softstar for providing the ELFs.

You'll need:
  • An FTP Payload with CUSTOM DECRYPT command (you can compile it from scene-collective github repo)
  • A target file (I've chosen 5.05's SceShellCore for this) in both encrypted and decrypted state.
  • Filezilla
  • Hashing tool (I use WSL with sha256sum tool)
Step 1: Send FTP Payload
Step 2: Grab the encrypted SceShellCore (at /system/vsh/)
Step 3: Use custom DECRYPT command (in filezilla, this can be found in Server->Indicate personalized...
