GTA 5 v1.35 Expulsion v2.0 Mod Menu for PS4 9.00 by LushModz
Hello everyone, since the PS4 ArabicGuy Menu v1.0 for 9.00 release today I will be showing you my GTA 5 1.35 Expulsion V2.0 Mod Menu for the 9.00 PS4 Jailbreak Exploit with help from @RF0oDxM0Dz, @GraFfiX420 and @HazyDex (R.I.P). 
This mod menu works on GTA 5 Versions 1.35 USA. More updates and hopefully will be available on all versions of GTA Expulsion V2.0 soon!

This GTA 5 Mod Menu only works in Offline Story Mode on a Jailbroken PS4 console currently via 9.00 PS4 Payloads that can be injected with a PS4 Payload Injector, PlayStation 4 Tool Box, PS4 Payload Sender and also via Android devices.

Proceeding the Ricochet Anti-Cheat Kernel-Level Driver, PS4_Cheater Homebrew App for 9.00 and MW2 Remastered PS4 Mod Menu Loader for 9.00 today developer Avan06 (aka @avan) released a Beta of his PS4CheaterNeo Application to find PS4 Game Cheat Codes based on PS4Debug and .Net Framework 4.8 for the PlayStation 4 Scene to test out.

PS4 DLC Unlocker Maker Windows Batch File to Create FPKGs by K4PS3
Following the PPSA PS4 DLC Unlocker release, PS4Scene developer @K4PS3 (Twitter) updated his Github repository with a PS4 DLC Unlocker Maker Windows batch file to create the PlayStation 4 DLC Unlocked Fake Packages (FPKGs) for those with a Jailbroken PS4 console.

From his post in the Verified Member section, to quote:
The batch file can be automated and just running it will generate the DLC Unlocker PKG, you will need to set the following info in the batch file:
1) Set the path to pub-cmd, you can download it from CyB1K tools.
2) Set configuration to auto mode without any prompt.
3) Set dlc unlocker information
4) Save and run the batch file, you should have DLC Unlocker FPKG.
If you need to add icon to the FPKG, you have to change the following line:
When you run the patch file, it will prompt you to add icon file to specific path. After adding the icon file you simply press [ENTER] key and you will get DLC Unlocker FPKG with icon.
Maybe I will create GUI application to generate DLC Unlocker, but there is already good apps for the same task.
