PlayStation 4 System Software Update 4.00 Incoming, Details
Last week we reported that PlayStation 4 Firmware 4.0 was on the way, and today Sony VP John Koller unequivocally confirmed that PS4 System Software Update 4.00 (codenamed Shingen) will arrive tomorrow or later tonight depending on your region.

Re-Release: Lost Tools - PS3.ProxyServer.GUI + YetAnotherBypass!
Hey, Guys! @B7U3 C50SS here with a Re-Release of sorts.
I just realized i had some old PS3 "tools" in my possession. Proxy tools to be exact.
and these ones are not only old. they can probably be used on the PS4
I do know for being precision's sake that the ps3.proxyserver CAN be used with the PS4 on PS3 mode!!
Although I am not sure about YetAnotherBypass or YAB as it is refereed to as.
CREDIT GOES TO THE RESPECTABLE DEVS WHO MADE THESE TOOLS POSSIBLE.
@PSXHAX Shall we make this news? it's a good couple of proxy tools. and no one seems to be able to find all the files. .NET fixes and etc. which are all in this archive. it's also got the extended edition. executable file. i have collected every file necessary for a re-release. Whatcha think?

PS4 Work: PlayStation 4 Development Blog by Ryan111
Not long ago we reported on PlayStation 4 developer Specter starting a blog at SpecterDev.BlogSpot.ca, and now @ryan111 let us know in the PSXHAX Shoutbox that he also put one online located at PS4Work.BlogSpot.ca for PS4 developers to collaborate with.
So far there are only three blog posts, linked below:
The first entry appears to be a PS4 system volume key, and while those following the PS4 scene may recall awhile back vapour (aka xxmcvapourxx) revealed a passcode fingerprint key for the PS4 BD ROM there are already plenty of PlayStation 4 keys on the Wiki ranging from Activation to DRM.
PlayStation 4 developer @WhiteOverfl0w of the WhiteOverfl0w GIT projects asked if the information came from a USB dump, and @ryan111 confirmed it didn't so here's looking forward to further details.
Also for those who missed it (like myself

Oh My Lanta: PS Vita Scene Groups PSiCO & TRSI on Game Dumps
The PlayStation Vita scene has been moving in leaps and bounds lately decrypting, dumping and playing PS Vita game backups but let's not forget to add in the remix some 'oh my lanta' scene drama by release groups PSiCO and TRSI. 
While most can't be arsed following the PS Vita scene closely due to lack of interest in Sony's dead handheld console, scene release groups PSiCO and TRSI have been taking humorous jabs at one another in their NFO files over scene rules and 'proper' PS Vita game dumps.
