Super Mario Bros PS3 Ultraslim DECH-4000AA OFW DEX 4.78 - MrNiato
Following his PS3 Console ID Generator, today PlayStation 3 developer @MrNiato shared a video demo via Twitter of him launching Nintendo's Super Mario Bros on a PS3 Ultraslim DECH-4000AA OFW DEX (Debug) 4.78 console including a fix for the PKG error. 
From the video's caption, to quote: Okay guys I got Super Mario Bros PKG on PS3 and I've try to launch it on my PS3 Ultraslim DECH-4000AA Debugging Station on OFW 4.78 DEX. But I have fix it.

Following the No ODE / IDPS Guide and PS3 CFW Games on Any CFW Guide, today I'm sharing a modded version of the PlayStation 3 GAME_CONVERT tools from tukil as part of Team HDX / KDW's CFW2OFW: PS3 CFW to OFW Game Converter Mod and Guide! 
Yes this is a remake, I have changed the language to English from Russian language, I put some guide script into this tools, and this is tool includes "make_npdata.exe" and "msvcr120" inside, whereas with GAME_CONVERT.bat some users have a bug and issues with msvcr120 missing while others have confused how to type game region code.
This tools use for convert your cfw game into ofw games, this is a mod version from Russian GAME_CONVERT tools, I make it simple , with some guide and game code guide, it will make you convert easily and fast, thanks for Russian Converter Tools Maker!

PS4 Firmware / System Software Permanent Version Spoof by Zecoxao
Following his Decrypting and Dumping PS4 Games guide, PlayStation 4 developer @zecoxao recently Tweeted a picture of a memory edit which tricks the PS4 into thinking it's on PS4 System Software 9.90 (spoofed) permanently so it won't nag to be updated any longer since PSProxy isn't working again. 
Recently we've seen PlayStation 4 developers demonstrating PS4 game mods through Peek & Poke kernel modifications, and with a PS4 1.76 Permanent Internet Browser Mod already available here's to hoping a payload for the Firmware Version will follow suit!
Also regarding the CE-32875-5 PSProxy error, VVildCard777 shared the following:
To quote: "For those with the dreaded CE-32875-5... try base + 0x462509 of sceShellCore write 1 byte of 0x00... end of nightmares.
Well you need code that can read and write to userland mem.. Not my place to give out, keep an eye out for a future release."

This Russian PS4 demonstration VRParty video first surfaced from Ilya Maddyson of #MadPictures back on November 6, 2016 before their YouTube account was closed due to infringement, but now @ArthurBishop let us know in the PSXHAX Shoutbox it's been reposted yesterday and can be seen below. 
It's unclear if the console is another PS4 DevKit Running Backup Games or if it's a retail unit using PS4 Debug Mode, one of the old PlayStation 4 Russian Jailbreak / Unlocking the PS4 NOR Chip / PS4 Flash Dumping / Unlocking Method / PS4 GameSharing tricks or by making use of PS4 Functions.
