Since their last PS4 1.76 UI Mod update and following the 4.05 PS4 Kernel Exploit release, today the PlayStation 4 developers at e✘treme-Modding.de unveiled a PS4 4.05 UI Mod Alpha 0.13 Custom Home Menu with some fresh screenshots and details below.

Visual PS4 UI Mod for 4.05 (English/French)
1. Install Firmware 4.05 (initializing)
2. Enable FTP Server and copy the content of the Mod_UK/Mod_FR folder to the root of the PS4 HDD
3. Restart the PS4
Info: The Games folder in the Home Menu appear if you have installed CUSA00851 and the app.db work only if your System Language is English (United Kingdom) or French.
Trophy Edit will not work if you have earned Trophies already. GAME Launcher and APP_Home(data) appear if you have installed GTA V Disc (CUSA00411) and OMSK (NPXS29005). PSN User Avatar is only for a PS4 with PSN User.
